EMERSON A6824 电气交流接触器存储器主要有两种:一种是可读/写操作的随机存储器RAM,另一种是只读存储器ROM、PROM 、EPROM 和EEPROM。在PLC中,存储器主要用于存放系统程序、用户程序及工作数据。系统程序是由PLC 的制造厂家编写的,和PLC的硬件组成有关,完成系统诊断、命令解释、功能子程序调用管理、逻辑运算、通信及各种参数设定等功能,提供PLC运行的平台。系统程序关系到PLC的性能,而且在PLC使用过程中不会变动,所以是由制造厂家直接固化在只读存储器ROM、PROM或EPROM中。

用户不能访问和修改模块提供4个独立的报警输出:Out1-1(b26/ b28),Out1-2(d26/ d28),Out2-1(b30/ b32),Out2-2(d30/d32)在双通道模式下,通道1用Out1-1和Out1-2,通道2用Out2-1和Out2-2。每个输出在组态中可选为“上升超限”,下降超限,盘车,差”或旋转方向。在冗余模式下,可使用四个报警输出,但不具备差速和旋转方向选择。

Users are unable to access and modify the module, which provides four independent alarm outputs: Out1-1 (b26/b28), Out1-2 (d26/d28), Out2-1 (b30/b32), Out2-2 (d30/d32). In dual channel mode, channel 1 uses Out1-1 and Out1-2, and channel 2 uses Out2-1 and Out2-2. Each output can be selected as “up limit exceeded”, “down limit exceeded”, “crank, differential” or rotation direction in the configuration. In redundant mode, four alarm outputs can be used, but without differential and rotation direction selection.
