TEL TVB6003-1/EIMC channel output card synchronous serial port MVME2603/2604 uses Zilog Z85230 ESCC enhanced serial communication controller. The 10 MHz clock enables the routing of two synchronous/asynchronous serial communication ports through the P2 conversion module. Z85230 handles two B -2 computer group literature centers’ website serial interconnection B synchronous (SDLC/for) and asynchronous protocols. The hardware supports an asynchronous serial port baud rate of 110 38.4 kb/s and a synchronous baud rate of up to 2.5 mb/s.
