For each servo control loop, one, two, three, or four LVDTs can be selected. For the application of measuring gas turbine flow, three inputs are provided. These signals are sent directly to J5 on the front of the VSVO board through the TSVO. When power is off, each servo output has a dedicated suicide relay that, when controlled by firmware, shortens the VSVO output signal to a common signal and returns to normal operation according to a manual reset command. The output voltage, current, and suicide relay of each servo system are monitored through diagnosis. TSVO can provide excitation for up to six LVDT valve position inputs, and TSVO also accepts inputs from these inputs.
