IS200VSVOH1B is a VME servo control board manufactured by General Electric and is part of the Mark VI series used in gas turbine control systems. The four electro-hydraulic servo valves that operate the steam/fuel valve are guided by the servo control (VSVO) board. Usually, two servo terminal boards are used to separate these four channels (TSVO or DSV0). Use a linear variable differential transformer to determine valve position (LVDT). VSVO executes loop control algorithm. On the J5 plug on the front panel and the J3J4 connector on the VME rack, three cables are connected to the VSVO. The JR1 connector is used to provide simplex signals for TSVO, while the JR1, JS1, and JT1 connectors are used to fan out TMR signals.

Insert the external trip of the protection module into JD1 or JD2. IS20ovsvOH1B installation: Turn off the processor rack of VME. Place the board in place and manually press the top and bottom control rods into the base of the edge connector. Tighten the self tapping screws at the top and bottom of the front panel. The cable connection to the TSVO terminal board is made through the J3 and J4 connectors on the upper and lower parts of the VME rack. In order to secure the cables, they use a locking connection. Start the VME rack and view the diagnostic indicators on the front panel. For each servo control loop, one, two, three, or four LVDTs can be selected. For the application of measuring gas turbine flow, three inputs are provided. These signals are sent directly to J5 on the front of the VSVO board through the TSVO. When power is off, each servo output has a dedicated suicide relay that, when controlled by firmware, shortens the VSVO output signal to a common signal and returns to normal operation according to a manual reset command. The output voltage, current, and suicide relay of each servo system are monitored through diagnosis. TSVO can provide excitation for up to six LVDT valve position inputs, and TSVO also accepts inputs from these inputs.
